Tracking made possible via encoded bulk hourly updates on SFTP
We offer an EDI format feed on a private SFTP folder which is named STATUSDATA. Hourly updates will provide you with encoded lines which you can decode again to ingest and process into your internal systems.
Each file will be accompanied by a semaphore file.
An example extract with various lines would look like this: (example has been anonymised)
You can receive the folder credentials upon onboarding or later request if you want to activate this feed.
You can do so by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
